my pumking wearing my shades :)he was playing with his trains next to the window and said that the sun was shining too bright so he asked for sunglasses :) we couldn't find his so I gave him mine :) doesn't he look adorable ?

Yay!!!!! I did it!!! actually as an action addict myself I never thought that making them would be so much fun!!!!!!!!! I hope you will like them too :) I hope to get them released soon at my shop at shabby pickle - once I have them tested in other versions of photoshop than CS3 :)

it's late here and im still sipping my evening coffee - bit cold but i like my coffee cold ...and sorting through my project photos :) yikes i am a bit behind but i am actually in the middle of working on something and it absorbs a lot of my time :) it's a good thing so i hope i will be able to share it with you pretty pretty soon :) for now i will leave you with my pics :)
today we had a mini 'daddy's hat' session :) he looks so damn cute in it :) i think im gona makes some postcards for our family with those photos :)

yesterday i managed to snap a real quick photo of our boy pretending to be a super bunny (super króliczek) - wearing my summer dress as cape and running around the house ! he loves watching max and ruby and the other day max was a super

my hubby is in poland now so im home alone with my lil pumpkin and that means very little photoshop time form me but at the same time lots of cuddly time with my boy :)
anyways i still continue with my p365 and i got to edit my pics from the past three days so here they are :)

it was quite chilly outside today but we went out for a little bit in the back garden and i snapped those :)

i have few workbooks i got in poland for 3 year olds for teaching them to develop certain skills so yesterday we did some coloring and cutting and puzzles :)

i have decided that once a week i will try to take a macro photo . i don't have any macro lenses - for those i used my 50mm/1.8 lens and i put a close up macro glass in front i got a while back for my olympus so maybe the quality isn't perfect but hey i am at least creative he ? :) i have always loved macro shots - especially flowers so maybe one day i will invest in a great lens ...but first i need to upgrade my camera :) my birthday is coming in april and we are also celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary in march so i have been giving my hubby some hints on a nice present that comes in 5d mark II box hihi :)

here are couple more macro shots - they are not crops :) but it was tricky to get my sons eyelashes with him moving and me holding the glass though (texture by christian o'dell)

when my son was a baby i didn't know much about photography ...i owned a simple point and shoot camera and never really took those baby feet photos so im doing it now :) they are still very cute at the age of 3 :) don't you think :)

i am listening now to my new sade cd (yay!!! love her!) and finishing a new kit for this coming friday. here is a little teaser , hope you like it :)

today we were with a short visit to dublin and while we were walking to have something to eat i snapped those :) mmmmm i love flower stands :) they remind me of my time i spent in ever blooming holland :)

today we had a fun mini photo session at home :) i pulled out my damask fabric i got from etsy to use as a background and got my boy our hats :)its actually easy to have one especially when your son asks to have his photo taken hihi :) i will post more photos tomorrow as its evening here now and we have a movie night with hubby :)

here is what i look like most of the days :)i have really grown attached to my camera since i started doing p365 and im getting more and more comfortable with it as well :) i love my canon and i love my 50mm 1.8 lens but i will be upgrading to 50mm 1.4 very very soon - i asked for it for my birthday :)yay!

today we went to the cinema to see alvin . not long ago we watched the fist part and my lil boy loved it - he actually calls them hamsters it's so cute :) anyways to be honest i was hoping we would go and see toy story 2 in 3d as i think its more age appropriate (we have seen it like thousand times before and we have got buzz and woody at home) but my son said firm no to toy story and insisted he wanted 'alvin and hamsters ' :) anyhow the films was only okey :) he managed to sit through it although at some point he got a bit fussy and chatty but still wanted to stay till the very end ... brave boy :)

today was a blah day - the weather has been pretty awful since yesterday and i have been feeling so slow and wanting to go for a nap most of the day..oh how i wish my sweet boy was wanting one too ...anyways i was working in the morning on my computer and my sweet boys came in to stay with me for a bit and i just couldn't resist to take the photo of them :) it's not technically perfect as it was really dark and i had to up the iso but i guess it doesn't really matter when you try to capture something this precious :)

today we didn't do much- the weather wasn't really great so we couldn't even for outside so we stayed home and ate lollies :)
yesterday on the other hand i had a busy and fun day :)i didn't get the chance to post my day 18 photo as actually i don't have just one - i have few i like :) there is a little river in our town and yesterday we went there pretending we were going fishing with our 3 year old :)but we just ended up throwing stones in it and i got a chance to take some photos outside too :) can't wait for the warmer days to come ...ehhhh.....

today was a rather quiet day :) we just hanged around the house and relaxed :)i also got a chance to work on a new kit while my two boys watched Wall-e :) since our boy doesn't like to go for naps anymore we decided to still use those 2 hours in the afternoon as a time in a day to quiet down and we usually go and watch cartoons in or bedroom or read books ... or hug his teddy bears - daddy bear, mommy bear and baby bear :)

yay!it's been two weeks already into p365 and im still sticking with it and still loving it :)it's quite addictive too i must confess but im really trying to find the balance and so far i think im doing okey :) the past few days i started thinking about upgrading to a new camera and lens but probably i would need to sell an organ or two to get the money to buy what i would love to have - canon 5d mark II and a new lens to go with it too : Canon EF 50mm f/1.2 L ...who knows , maybe i will :) for now i think i will sell my olympus 510 first :)

today we did some coloring in the morning and then later i did some finishing touches on my new kit - i know i know im running really late but i blame p365!!!

i was looking at the photos i took yesterday and found this one and instantly fell in love - my sweet little boy resting his head on our coffee table (his playground for cars;) ...but look at those eyelashes! he has got insanely long and curly eyelashes for a boy!!!!!! so so envious ..... :)

and this one is cute too :) he is so good at pulling different faces don't you think ? :)

i am so lucky to have him in my life but most important im so grateful for this little ray of light he gave me - our son :)
they are so great together - they adore one another and i just adore them :)

so i finally started working on a new kit - i had few attempts at it the last couple of days but i just couldn't really commit to it somehow.. i know this photo isn't really creative but it just sums up my day today :) in front of the computer -working :) i better go before i get distracted again hehe :P

yeah it was really slow around here today ..maybe because i have felt rather slow and sleepy for the large part of it ... my little boy wasn't in his best mood either - he was actually quite cranky and kept saying NO NO NO to almost anything we suggested most of the time.
sometimes he can play with his toys for a good while by himself and today he was just fussy ..i snapped this photo later in the afternoon when i spotted him playing with his cars - that didn't last long either but hey , at least i managed to capture that :)

today i got some pink tulips from my hubby and my son :) i love tulips :)i wish they could bloom all year round :)my lil boy also loves flowers - as you can see :) last spring/summer whenever he went out for a walk with daddy he would always come home with a little - sometimes VERY LITTLE flower that he picked from the grass himself :)

i love doing p365 so far :) i really really love it!!! and in fact i haven't been able to focus on doing other things like work for example hihi so i thought today i would try to balance things out a bit :) so my photo for today would be that one above - dried out flower in front of our house waiting for spring to bloom again ...like myself :)i hope it will come real fast ...

yesterday i was able to take some series of photos of my son Slawek - it was tricky to have a 3 year old pull some funny faces at the camera , especially my very fast moving one ...so some sweets near by came in handy hihi :)

yay i cant believe it actually snowed here today :) it didn't last too long but still it was nice to catch the snowflakes for a while and build a tiny tiny snowman :) you know having lived in ireland for almost 8 years now i don't think i could get back used to freezing temperatures in poland during winter , no way! i would probably freeze to death in a matter of minutes hihi :)i miss the snow...but i don't miss he cold :)

so here is my boy again with the laptop :) i swear to you , he doesn't spend time glued to it, we only allow him like 30 mins per day to play his baby tv games and stuff but i can tell you already he has a knack for it and maybe one day he will be the next bill gates hihihi :)
im telling you he is so fast learning how to do things on it - he is fluent with skype - when we call grandparents he will send them emoticons (he calls them boom boom ), he can take photos, turn the volume up/down, change avatar and probably more things too - he just love clicking on buttons and other pop up things its mad!!! the other day we spotted him opening google and ebay (no idea how he did that!!!!! ) because he remembered that we searched on those pages the images of his favourite toys - disney cars and thomas and friends :) my hubby was laughing that we better have our ebay account signed out in case he starts buying stuff :)

we got our boy as a prexmas gift this cool interactive game for playstation called eyepet . It is the coolest game ever for kids ! it comes with a camera that you turn on and you can see your room on the tv with this cute monkey there (we called it Butek -Booty). it responds to your movement. you can feed it, wash it, play with it, draw or even sing !!! really fun!
